Conditions
- The temporary service provider must be a company with its own legal personality, and be legally established in one of the EU Member States.
- The Single Window covers only those activities covered by Directive 2006/123/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2006 on services in the internal market. Activities in sectors such as transport, financial services or electronic communications services, among others, are not included in this Window.
- Please note that it is not possible to carry out certain activities without a physical establishment, so you will not be able to carry out them temporarily (for example, hotels and lodgings, crèches, etc. ). In such a case, the assistant will not offer the option of temporary exercise.
