Who are we?

The General Directorate of Industry and Small and Medium Enterprises is an organic unit belonging to the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism. The Directorate-General ' s objectives include facilitating and promoting smooth communication with companies and agents in the various sectors on which the Ministry ' s action is planned, with special emphasis on the implementation of policies to support and promote small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), in order to promote and boost their business activity and improve their competitiveness.
