In pursuance of the regulations in force, according to Capt. II, Art. 8, Pto. I and to comply with domestic regime and its own development, are developed these Rules Of Ethics, which reflected in the law 25/2009 of Professional Ethics. These touch upon the principles governing compulsory and affect all Naval Technical Engineers to exercise the profession, which should be accepted on a mandatory for all members of the Official college of Experts and Technical Engineers. The Naval College in order to implement this fundamental function has disciplinary authority to enforce this legislation.
