General Council of Official Schools of Educators and Social Educators

The CGCEES aims to be an entity not only focused on organizational aspects and professional self-defense, but also wants to be a useful Body for the Schools that form it and to exercise a proactive role in the face of social policies that strive to improve our profession and for the defense of the people and groups with whom we work. From this perspective, the General Council is an Organization that promotes joint participation and debate, an Organization that promotes social change, based on values with a strong social commitment embodied in its ideological principles. The General Council assumes and intends to continue the historical trajectory of the previous entities of state representation and has as its main objective to work for Social Education as a socially necessary profession, providing coverage to the entities that form it through their coordination and joint representation. The CGCEES has established collaboration agreements with the Associations of Educators and Educators that exist in the autonomous territories that do not yet have official schools constituted.
