In accordance with the presidential decree 990/1969 of 9 may, the ministry of the Air (official gazette, number 131 of 2 july, 1969) is the Aviation Technical Engineers, who will report to the administrative and governmental effects directly from the ministry of the Air and shall be unlimited. It Is a public corporation, at the national level with own legal personality and full capacity to fulfil its purposes and is governed by its statutes, to interact with the administration through the ministry of Development.
