The General Council of Colleges integrates all the illustrious Professional Colleges of Delineants and is the Supreme Organ representative of the profession with a national character. It has for all purposes the status of, Public Law Corporation with:

• Its own legal personality.
• Full civil and administrative capacity.

The General Council of Colleges has the highest competence in conflicts between two or more Autonomous Councils and represents Spanish professionals before similar organizations of other nations.
