Official College of Industrial Property Agents, COAPI

Industrial Property Agents are the natural persons registered in the Special Register of Industrial Property Agents of the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office whose functions are to offer and habitually provide their services as liberal professionals under free competition, to advise to assist or represent third parties for obtaining records in the various modalities of Industrial Property, and the defense of the rights derived from them before any Spanish, Community or international Administration competent in matters of Industrial Property.
